For purposes of registration, course selection, and catalog listings, class standing is defined annually at the beginning of the fall semester according to the following guidelines:

Fresher

Sophomore

7-16 credits

7-14 credits

Junior

17-25 credits

15-25 credits

15-23 credits

Senior

at least 26 credits
