Whether you are a Hendrix student looking to study away or an international student looking to study at Hendrix, you’ve come to the right place. The mission of the Office of International Programs (OIP) is to facilitate global education by providing opportunities for Hendrix students, faculty, and staff to explore the world, supporting international students on campus, and promoting cross-cultural engagement between students of diverse backgrounds. We are dedicated to helping you discover exciting ways to open your eyes and our campus to new experiences, ideas, and perspectives.
Interested in studying away next summer or during the upcoming academic year? The internal application for all summer 2027 programs, the Irish American Scholars Program (fall 2027 or spring 2028), and the Oxford Honours Programme (AY 2027-28) will open on October 2, 2026 and close on November 6, 2026. Applications for all other fall 2027, spring 2028, or AY 2027-28 programs abroad will be open from November 20, 2026 until on February 1, 2027. Please attend an event below to learn more!

The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program is a distinguished fellowship opportunity sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan. The program places recent college grads in English teaching and international coordinator positions throughout Japan.
