You want to know the bottom line when it comes to paying for college. The bottom line is … You can afford Hendrix. Not only is Hendrix one of the nation’s best liberal arts colleges, but thanks to the financial aid and scholarships we offer, we’re also one of the most affordable.
Every Student Gets Help
Every Hendrix student receives some form of financial assistance — from need-based financial aid to
scholarships for academic achievement, leadership and service experience, and fine arts performance. Along with financial aid and scholarships, there are
other types of aid available to make Hendrix affordable for you.
The Hendrix Arkansas Advantage will cover 100 percent of financial need for Arkansas high school seniors who have a 3.6 or higher GPA and who have scored 27 ACT or above or 1280 SAT (excluding Writing) (Statement
on Comparing ACT and SAT results) or above. The program will meet students’ demonstrated financial need through all forms of financial assistance,
including merit scholarships, need-based grants, federal and state grants, federal student loans and student employment. Apply for admission to Hendrix and complete the FAFSA to be considered.

Hendrix meets 89.7% of financial need, on average. Our average financial aid package is well over $100,000 over four years.
Also, Hendrix’s graduation and retention rates compare favorably with many other colleges and universities. This means you’ll move through your undergraduate education at a smart pace and enter graduate study or begin your career in a timely fashion.
The fact that Hendrix has such an exceptional record of placing our graduates in top professional schools and leading doctoral programs underscores the value of your Hendrix degree.
