All groups must submit a Facility Request Form that can be obtained by email Jenn McCracken at mccrackenj@hendrix.edu or wac@hendrix.edu.
Groups desiring to make a reservation will need to have one representative in charge of arranging the reservation.
Interested groups should submit the Facility Request Form and are based on a first come first serve basis.
Requesting parties will receive a reply from WAC administration as soon as possible in order to finalize the details of the request.
The WAC reserves the right to re-assign or cancel the request for the facility due to any unforeseen circumstances.
