All groups must submit a Facility Request Form that can be obtained by emailing Brittany Doerr at doerrb@hendrix.edu or wac@hendrix.edu.
Groups desiring to make a reservation will need to have one representative in charge of arranging the reservation.
Requesting parties will receive a reply from WAC administration as soon as possible in order to finalize the details of the request.
Interested groups will need to submit a Facility Contract and provide proof of insurance. Requests are based on a first come first serve basis.
The WAC reserves the right to re-assign or cancel the request for the facility due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Our students take precedence over any outside groups requesting facility usage. Please be aware that any events, practices, games, or parties being requested while school is in session runs the risk of experiencing availability issues.
