jazzercise class. Her love for fitness
never stopped. She began teaching step
classes in 1994 while she was in college.
Since then she has obtained several certifications and license and
taught numerous classes such as Zumba, Hip Hop, Core, Weight Training,
Kickboxing, Aqua classes, Silver Sneaker classes and boot camps along with many
others. Tiffeny knew she loved helping people
gain success in a healthy lifestyle and decided to take her knowledge from
leading group exercise into helping people individually so she became a
certified personal trainer. She loves
helping people feel better about themselves.
Let’s have some FUN!

I believe
that being active and working out plays a huge part in improving ones overall
health and wellness. As a personal trainer, my primary goal is for my
clients to develop a love for fitness in order to turn it into part of their
lifestyle. My passion is creating different exercises that my
clients can accomplish while also pushing them to grow. I encourage my clients to
not only meet their fitness goals, but to exceed them.
