Education and Certifications:
- BSE in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, Central Baptist College
- ASFA certified personal trainer
- College volleyball player at Central Baptist College
My love for exercise started when I was very
young. At the age of 10 I remember watching my mom compete in races and loved seeing the sense of accomplishment she wore on her face as she crossed the finish line. Soon after I took up a love of running myself and competed in 5K's at the age of 12. From there my love of sports grew and I began playing volleyball which allowed me to compete at the collegiate level. My passion for exercising and eating healthy encouraged me to reach out to others and help them get started on their own fitness journey. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client meet goals and achieve milestones that they once thought was impossible.
