We want you to relax and have a great summer. Here's a list of what you can expect to receive from us over the next few months, which we hope will help set your mind at ease. If you have questions, please email us at homedrix@hendrix.edu. We can't wait to see you on August 15 for Move-In
Day!
What to expect beginning mid-April
CampusWeb: Students will receive information on how to access their CampusWeb account. CampusWeb is your online connection to Hendrix. Starting with the New Student Checklist, the first thing you’ll see
when you sign in to CampusWeb and continuing throughout your time at Hendrix, CampusWeb
will be the place you go to get things done. The New Student Checklist will guide
you through the tasks you need to complete to be prepared for the Move-In Day at
Hendrix on August 15.
You enter CampusWeb by clicking on the sign-in button at the right-hand top of the hendrix.edu homepage and using your email address and password provided.
What to expect in May
Academics: Students who might
benefit from academic accommodations may submit a request to the Director of
Academic Success. To learn more about the services and accommodations and start
the process, please visit the Academic
Success website.
Insurance: Students entering Hendrix College are required to have health insurance. If you do not have coverage through family or other sources, Hendrix does provide a plan for students for $2,125. Information regarding health
insurance requirements can be found on CampusWeb, along with a waiver agreement.
Please read carefully about the program’s benefits and waiver information.
Computers: Instructions for accessing your CampusWeb and Hendrix email accounts will be provided beginning in May. If you are curious about what type of computer to bring or have other technology questions, please visit the Information Technology Website or call (501) 450-1340.
Student ID: Download the GET app and upload your own student ID photo. No filters needed, just your fantastic smile! Full instructions can be found on CampusWeb.
What to expect in June
Academics: By June 15, you may choose your top preferences for The Engaged Citizen (TEC) program.
Parking: Register your vehicle (and bike) to reserve your parking permit in August. Vehicle parking decals are billed to student accounts annually at $160. All campus community members are required to register their mode(s) of transportation with Public Safety.
Housing: Look for your housing assignment and roommate(s) information on CampusWeb in mid-June. A list of suggested and prohibited items for moving in will be sent along with your housing assignment. If you have any questions, please visit
the
Residence Life Web site or email housing@hendrix.edu.
Orientation: Gear up for your arrival at Hendrix! Orientation trip possibilities will be posted on the Orientation Website. Take a look at the many options and complete your trip preference form on your CampusWeb checklist. Contact the Orientation staff at orientation@hendrix.edu for additional information.
What to expect in July
Academics: Students will be notified of TEC and Explorations course assignments. Beginning in mid-July, explore course offerings online and build a pre-registration course schedule. This schedule will be updated and approved by your advisor during orientation in August.

Billing: Your tuition statement will be available online on July 1. Students must waive the A.W.G Dewar Tuition Refund Plan through CampusWeb, if it is not needed, to avoid being unnecessarily charged.
