request will be fulfilled in the desired time frame. We recommend submitting

* The MarCom Team sends news releases about public Hendrix events to local,
regional, and state media. Editors then decide what items to use based
on their audiences and on the space they have available for news and
announcements. We try to increase the chances of Hendrix items being
featured by keeping track of deadlines, submission requirements, and
the audiences of each outlet. When you provide us with accurate and detailed event information in a timely fashion, you help increase the chances of Hendrix information being included in off-campus media.
** The only way to guarantee that Hendrix events appear in the media is to
purchase advertising space. If your budget includes funds for advertising,
we are happy to share information about venues and offer our counsel on the
most effective presentation of your message and investment of your advertising dollars.
*** Photography requests are considered based on availability of resources, both staffing and budgetary.
