Tiffeny Crow has been working in the fitness industry since 1994 as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. She's been working as a PACT instructor and personal trainer at Hendrix since 2013.  Some of her accomplishments in the fitness world have included winning a national fitness competition (1990), lead instructor in two VHS fitness videos by a producer at AETN (1995 and 1997), published in the book Full Bloom Cultivating Success, Healthy Living (2011), and named personal trainer of the year for Faulkner County 2018.
