  • Lights in front of Veasey do not come on until 10:00 p.m.  Could that be fixed?
  • Chad Sardashti with an announcement.  Saturday, April 14th, 5:00 Mills A – Hendrix Legends.  Dr. Farthing will be there (this is for Alumni Weekend)
  • Ryan Hughes talked about weight room times.  There is really nothing to do about it this year.  Mabee is open later than Grove, and next year the gyms will be open later (weeknights even until 9 or 10ish?)
  • Dylan Moore on clam chowder:  “There is no chowder crisis, and we’re working on getting more chowder.” ~Dylan
  • Physical Plant – Cache is all over them!  Stuff about pavement at Clifton and stuff.
  • Pipe and Drape has arrived.  Any interest in using it needs to be directed to BJ – send email or get it in writing and BJ can get the contract out to those wanting to use it.  Veasey is already requesting the Pipe and Drape for the Veasey Luau.

    • Elections for Halls’ New Councils coming up within the next two weeks
    • If constituents are interested, tell them to contact their Hall Councils
  • Campus Kitty with Harper Zielonko/Hina Mehta
    • Giving out money (charity money we raised, that is) and everything will be delivered to the selected organizations by the 30th.
  • Environmental Concerns Committee with Allison Hammons/Maggie McKinney
    • Saturday, April 21 – Arkansas Earth Day.  Carpooling (meet at Eco House).  Be there by 9:00 a.m. to leave if you want to hear President Clinton speak at 10:00.  For those who can’t wake up so early, another carpool leaves at 12:00.
    • April 22 – on the lawn between Grove and Hulen – Celebration of Earth Day at Hendrix
      • Bike Tune-Ups (chain oil, tools, pumps)

  • Rob Young:  discussed attempted burglary in Business Office.  Put in notes – be careful, be aware of surroundings.  Walk with groups at night, be careful, lock rooms and cars… If someone looks out of place, contact Public Safety.  For people in dorms who you believe shouldn’t be there, contact an RA or Public Safety.  Just emphasize safety for the students.
