Writing Center presents: Write-in!
Join
the Writing Center to enjoy coffee and cookies while you work on your final
writing projects, Apr 27-29 from 7-11 pm in the library's Snoddy Center entry. Get
on-the-spot assistance, work in community, take a break for refreshments, or
all of the above! Contact pruneda@hendrix.edu with
questions.
Together We Rise
Come view senior Michelle Leyva's library mural, a capstone presentation centered around social justice, art, and libraries in the rotunda. The mural will be on display in the rotunda through the end of May.
Werner Trieschmann Rotunda Display
A second floor rotunda exhibit showcasing the life and works of the late playwrite Werner Trieschmann '86 will be on display through the end of the year.
National Poetry Month
April is National Poetry Month. Dive into some slim volumes from Bailey Library's rotunda display, or grab a poem from the poetry punchbowl to enjoy!
Writing Center's New Location
The Writing Center has a new location in Bailey Library! The Writing Center will be located in the front part of the Snoddy Center - turn left as you enter the library, and go through the card-locked door.

New Resources
The library recently acquired online access to Science, which you can browse or search. Also new are additions to the legal/government database HeinOnline, including Indigenous Peoples of the Americas (History, Culture & Law), Business & Legal Aspects of Sports & Entertainment (BLASE), Animal Studies (Law, Welfare & Rights), and the National Survey of State Laws.
