This article is a collection of links with reminders and get-started steps when managing or migrating your course Team.  Articles may note common practices.  Common practices are not requirements or recommendations and are not universal or best practices; they are merely common among surveyed faculty at Hendrix.

If you created Classwork modules and attached assignments to those modules, then the steps and procedures below may be greatly abbreviated or skipped. Instructions on migrating Classwork modules and all attached assignments will be ready by Wednesday, August 10.

If you find there are steps or directions missing or need clarification, please contact HelpDesk.

Find your new Registrar-created course

Set your default preferences for Assignments 

Or...  Import Assignment and Grade settings from previous course
(Do this first so that your new course settings match the incoming assignments from the original class.)

Reuse Classwork Modules from previous course. 

Create content folders for class materials

Migrate folders to a new team

Manage Access for folders and content

Create Assignments and Quizzes
