2020 Career and Internship Fair Set for March 5

CONWAY, Ark. (February 18, 2020) — The Hendrix College Office of Career Services will host its annual Career and Internship Fair on Thursday, March 5, 2020, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Worsham Performance Hall in the Student Life and Technology Center.

Attendance is encouraged for all students – regardless of class level, academic background, or stage of career search – and job-seeking alumni.

The fair provides valuable opportunities to build connections with recruiters who are interested in hiring Hendrix students and alumni.

While most of the representatives who attend this event are based in Arkansas, the companies and organizations they represent often have locations across the United States and around the world. A select number of graduate and professional schools will be present, as well.

This event is one of many opportunities offered to Hendrix College students through the Office of Career Services. The Career Services staff provides comprehensive tools that complement students’ classroom experiences, giving them the potential to explore the present and flexibly meet the demands of their futures. Over the past three years, the office has launched Career Term, a program of intensive experience-based workshops designed to help all Hendrix sophomores get a head start on their career goals and put professional skills into practice. Career Term has been featured in Inside Higher Ed and the Washington Post.
