About: Sidra interned with Heifer International in Little Rock, and had a second internship with the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, also in Little Rock. She is interested in environmental advocacy and education, and will am pursue a J.D. in environmental law after Hendrix.

About: Dylan interned at the Faulkner County Seed Library in Conway, Arkansas. He is interested in conservation efforts and issues surrounding sustainable development. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in environmental policy/law or environmental education.
Stella Krone
Hometown: Harrison, Arkansas
Minor: Anthropology
About: For her internship, Stella worked for Teton County Weed and Pest District in Wyoming spraying invasive plant species around Grand Teton National Park. She is interested in invasive plant control and hopes to do more fieldwork after graduation
Arya Mack Gilson
Hometown: North Little Rock, Arkansas
Second major: Theatre
About: Arya interned at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment where they used GIS to map and categorize polluted sites around the state. Arya, a reformed ex-con, is self-studying Hindi with the hope of one day moving to India. After Hendrix they plan to pursue a graduate degree in either Humanities or Geographic Information Science.
Mary VanHoy
Hometown: Shreveport, Louisiana
Minor: Psychology
About: Mary interned with Omni Specialty Packaging working in their Environmental Health and Safety Department. During her time with Omni she assisted in the management of hazardous waste and in the organization and disposal of waste. She is planning to pursue a master in environmental policy and management or a J.D. degree.
Katie Beth West
Hometown: Atlanta, Georgia
About: Katie Beth interned at The Nature Conservancy in Arkansas with the recreational trail specialist to build and maintain trail systems in Arkansas. She was also a watershed and natural resource intern at Central Arkansas Water learning about natural resources management and protection. After Hendrix, she plans on traveling internationally and then returning to pursue a career in environmental consulting.
