Spanish Program

Student activities

There are many possibilities for students to engage in cultural and academic activities outside of the classroom. Through organizations like SLIC and Sigma Delta Pi, students are invited to explore the Hispanic world within the American landscape. The Spanish Program has been delighted to take students to hear lectures by leading Hispanic intellectuals such as Carlos Fuentes and Isabel Allende. Murphy Programs also enrich campus life through activities designed to foster curiousity and deepen knowledge. Many of our students study abroad adding a unique, experiental aspect to their education.
