1. Locate the PDF you want to annotate and click Open with>Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
2. Click Comment on the tool panel located at the right of the window.
3. The toolbar at the top of the window will change to this.
4. To type on the document use the text box tool.
5. To draw on the document, use the eraser and pencil tools.
