Connecting to the Student Wireless Network (Android)

Not all Android devices are the same, so some of the steps below may vary in their wording or sequence.  Balance what you know about connecting to wifi with your phone with the Hendrix domain-specific information below.

Please call, 501-450-1340 or come over to the HelpDesk at 1625 Washington if you would like further assistance.

1. Go to your WiFi connection settings and choose the hndrxstdnt network. Do not use IOT for your phone or laptop as it will cause a drag on the gaming and streaming devices that can only use IOT. If you use IOT as a troubleshooting step or temporary backup, please un-select auto reconnect options.

2. Fill in your Hendrix login credentials.  Full email address or username only is fine.  Choose a certificate option.  Don't validate is OK.  For hndrxstdnt wifi, do select Auto reconnect.

3. Click connect!
