Creating a New Email Distribution List

The following documentation explains the process of creating a distribution list using Hendrix Webmail.

  1. Go to and enter your email address and password.
  2. Click on the 9 squares in the upper-lefthand corner, then click on People.
  3. From the "New" dropdown menu, select "Contact list".
  4. Type in a name for your list in the "List name" textbox.
  5. Type in either the name of the person (if they have a Hendrix webmail account) or their full email address (if they are not).
  6. Select the contact and repeat step 5 until you have all desired contacts added.
  7. Click "Save" and your distribution list will be created.
