1. Personal
- Take care of yourself: sleeping, exercising, eating healthy meals regularly
- Explore co-curricular activities like a club within your major, Lily Initiatives, Student Activities, SoCo, Student Senate
- Renew an interest you had in high school such as volunteerism
- Talk to someone at the Counseling Center
- Identify underlying stressors
2. Academics
- Talk to your professors and advisor
- Take a class for self-expression or exploration
- Utilize Academic Support Services and programs
- Make a personal connection with a faculty member
- Explore internship opportunities in fields that may interest you
3. Family and Friends
- Meet new people
- Reflect on how behaviors and activities align with personal values
- Talk to your family about differences in the relationship and expectations you share
- Appreciate that not everyone is at the same place and time in discovering who they are and want to be
