Britni Rush Named to Lead Roles in Human Resource Organizations both Locally and Nationally

Britni Rush to serve on Central Arkansas Human Resources Association Board (CAHRA) of SHRM and TIAA Select Client Advisory Council 

CONWAY, Arkansas (January 31, 2025) – Hendrix College is excited to recognize Britni Rush, Chief Human Resources Officer, for her recent professional accomplishments. Britni has been serving on the legislative/government affairs committee for the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association (CAHRA) and was recently elected to the Board of Directors as Vice President of Administration. Britni was also nominated and elected to serve a two-year term on the TIAA Select Client Advisory Council which is comprised of 15 chief financial officers and chief human resources officers of independent schools, higher education, and research institutions across the nation.

I will continue to be committed to the future of Human Resources in Arkansas and across the country.”  

Britni Rush is an experienced and committed human resources leader, having worked in the field for over a decade in Central Arkansas. During her two-year term as Vice President of Administration for Central Arkansas chapter of SHRM, Britni will continue the work of advocating for human resources professionals and advancing the mission of the organization locally and throughout the state. 

“We are delighted to announce that Britni Rush has been elected to a two-year term as Vice President of Administration for the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association (CAHRA), said Patti Airoldi, Director of Human Resources & Risk Management at Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. “In this prominent role, Britni will lead key administrative functions for Arkansas’s oldest and largest association of HR professionals, proudly representing nearly 300 members. Her election highlights her dedication to advancing CAHRA’s mission and her exceptional leadership within the Human Resources profession. 

In her role on the Legislative/Government Affairs Committee for SHRM, Britni will serve as a representative and key communicator, presenting at local chapter meetings as well as participating at the state level in Capitol Hill Advocacy Day. 

On January 1, Britni began serving a 2-year term on the TIAA Select Client Advisory Council. In this capacity, Britni will be offering insight and feedback to TIAA to ensure their products and services are effective in dealing with the challenges and changing dynamics within the human resources industry.
