- $0.25/gram (total print weight includes rafts and supports)

- Scanning
- There is a flatbed scanner connected to one of our OTC computers. Students who need to use the scanner have priority to use this computer. If there are other computers available, and you don’t need to use the scanner, please use those first. A Help Desk employee will ask you to move to another computer if a student needs to use the scanner.
- Media Conversions
- We are able to convert VHS, cassette tapes, and vinyl records to digital formats ($5.00/conversion)
- Making copies of DVDs, CDs ($5.00/copy)
- Audio/Visual Support Services
- Provision, set up, operation, and striking of equipment for school- and student organization-sponsored indoor and outdoor events*
- Digital audio and/or video recording of performances, lectures, presentations, interviews, etc.

- If possible, please send check out requests to
the Media Center at least 10 days in advance. Walk-ups are accepted, but no guarantees can be made that we will have the equipment you are requesting.

*It is up to the discretion of the Help Desk/Media
Center to provide or not provide support for your event, depending on the location, scale, requested/necessary equipment, provision of prior notice, etc. Some support request may be redirected to SOMEC, depending on the above criteria.
**The Help Desk/Media Center typically does
not check out equipment to students for long- or short-term checkouts. If a
student desires to check out equipment, they must be vetted by faculty or
staff before checking out equipment, such as projectors, projector screens, or speakers. Student requests to check out power strips and extension cords will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The majority of student requests will be referred to the SLTC Info Desk, where the following equipment is
available for check out on a first come, first serve basis: Flip camcorders, Microphones, Digital cameras, Audio recorder, Headphones, and Tripods.

- Xerox copiers, printers, computers
- Resolving Hendrix network issues
