Recover Deleted Items in Outlook

For PC and Mac


  1. In order to recover a permanently deleted item on Outlook, you must first go to the Deleted Items folder

  2. Once in the folder, go to the Home tab at the top of the page

  3. On the left hand corner you should see Recover Deleted Items From Server

  4. Make sure that you are connected to the server in order to ensure access to the content you are trying to retrieve
