Move-in Day
New students that are not student athletes will move in on campus on Tuesday, August 15th, 2023. You will receive multiple notifications with move-in day instructions. When you arrive on campus, a team of Orientation staff members will greet you and help you carry your stuff to your residence hall room! Then, you will have the rest of the day to visit the One Stop Shop (Orientation Registration), do some last-minute shopping, attend New Student Convocation, attend the Campus Connections Fair, and then say goodbye to your family!
Orientation Registration (One Stop Shop)
Located in the Student Life & Technology Center, this area will be open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on August 15th. While here, you will receive your Orientation nametag (required for meals), OR schedule, t-shirt, and be able to visit with campus services such as the business office, financial aid, technology services, health services, and public safety. Be sure to stop by after you check-in to your residence hall!
New Student Convocation
This is the official, formal welcome event from the college faculty and administration that takes place on move-in day.
Campus Connections Fair
This walk-through event takes place immediately after New Student Convocation. This fair allows you and your family to connect with various offices and departments of the college, including some academic areas!
