Hendrix to Host 2014 Gill Preaching Workshop

CONWAY, Ark. (January 31, 2014) – Hendrix College will host the 2014 John and Marjem Gill Annual Preaching Workshop on Friday, Feb. 14 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The workshop will be preceded by a lecture by Dr. Lauren Winner, assistant professor of Christian spirituality at the Duke Divinity School, who will speak Thursday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m. in Mills A. The lecture is free and open to the public. More information on Dr. Winner is available here.

Cost for the preaching workshop is $30 if payment is received by February 3; $50 after February 3. Each district has five scholarships. Contact the District Office for scholarship information.
