This course is designed to continue the development of skills in writing and speaking French at the second-year level. The course will begin with a review, followed by a systematic study of French grammar at the intermediate level. Coursework will include exercises, oral and written compositions, and exams.

Students who have completed at least First-Year French II (French 120) or its equivalent at another university may enroll in this course. Also, students who have tested out of French 110 and French 120 by taking the Hendrix placement test in French may enroll in this course.

Students planning to take more advanced courses in French must take this course before continuing to the advanced level.

This course will be offered each fall.
