Protocol 802.11ac*/n/g/b/a
SSID hndrxstdnt (for students)/hndrxfac01 (for faculty)/Hendrix Gaming (for devices)
Security 802.1x using WPA2-Enterprise
Authentication PEAP
Tunneled Authentication MSCHAPv2
Encryption Method** AES

When asked to input your username and password, your username should be the same as your email but without the @hendrix.edu, and your password is the same.

Example: If John Smith’s email was smithjj@hendrix.edu, then their username would be smithjj and their password would be the same one they use for their email.

Before manually configuring a wireless network, you must first forget the network on your device if you have used it previously on the device.

Notes

* Wireless supported in campus housing is 802.11ac, n, and g. Traditional Residence Halls also support WiFi 6 (802.11ax).

** You will not usually be asked for the encryption method.
