Do you repair personal computers?
The HelpDesk does not offer repair services for student or employee (non-Hendrix-owned) computers. We can help you initially diagnose problems, but in the event that your system needs to be repaired we will direct you to several companies in the area that provide support for the issue and device that are causing you problems. HelpDesk cannot offer recommendations for reasons of bias and liability, but HelpDesk workers may have personal experience that they can relate to you.
