Financial assistance is available to help defray the costs of undergraduate and
graduate student participants. The maximum level of support is $300 per student
and we anticipate having funds for approximately 20 awards. Applications will be
evaluated based on scientific merit and financial need. Awards will be in the form
of reimbursement after the meeting and will require documentation of expenses
(copies of receipts or calculation of mileage costs for personal vehicle). Allowable
expenses are travel and lodging.
