Professor Pens Commentary on State Firearms Law

CONWAY, Ark. (July 2, 2014) – Hendrix French professor Dr. Cathy Jellenik recently contributed guest commentary to the Southwest Times-Record (western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma) about state firearms law.
