Fall Piano Recital: The Walk to the Paradise Garden

CONWAY, Ark. (September 17, 2012) - Dr. Norman Boehm will present a piano recital on Monday, October 15 at 7:30 p.m. in Reves Recital Hall at Hendrix College.

The program will include:

  • "The Walk to the Paradise Garden" from A Village Romeo and Juliet by Frederick Delius (arr. by Norman Boehm)
  • Sonata in C Major, K. 330 by W. A. Mozart
  • Music from Act Three of Parsifal  by Richard Wagner (arr. by Norman Boehm)
  • Ten Bagatelles, Op. 59 by Nikolai Kapustin

Dr. Boehm joined the Hendrix faculty in 1985. He is an alumnus of the University of Michigan and received his doctorate from the Eastman School of Music.
