Facilities Management Billboard

 

Billboard

This smart form controls all of the content for a billboard, typically on the home page of a site. Follow the instructions below to add, modify, or delete billboard content. 

Billboard Properties

These properties affect the entire billboard. 

 

Width:
960
The width of the billboard (in pixels) or leave blank for the default settings for your site.
Height:
317
The height of the billboard (in pixels) or leave blank for the default settings for your site.

 

Billboard Slides

Each of the boxes below contain the content for 1 of the slides in your billboard.

  • To add a slide, click the icon to the left of the "Slide" label and select "Insert Above" or "Insert Below".
  • To remove a slide, click the icon to the left of the "Slide" label and select "Remove".
  • To create a copy of a slide, click the icon to the left of the "Slide" label and select "Duplicate".
  • To reorder your slides, click the icon to the left of the "Slide" label and select "Move Up" or "Move Down".
Slide

This slide represents one slide in your billboard. Please enter or modify the information below to change a slides properties. 

Large Image:

Homepage images should be 960px x 359px
Secondary page images should be 580px x 273px

Smaller Image (Optional):
This is for re-sizable billboards. This image is for smaller screens.
Homepage images should be 720px x 276px
Secondary page images should be 400px x 193px
Image Description:
 This will be used for the Alt-text when the user doesn't see the image or if they hover over the image. It will also show up in search results.
Please be as descriptive as you can.

Delay:

The delay in seconds before the billboard moves to the next slide.
Slide Link (optional):
An optional link that users will navigate to if they interact with this slide.
Overlay:
Show a text overlay. 
Check the box if you want to show a text overlay on your slide.
Overlay Title (Optional):
Saving Baby Squirrels 		This headline style text will appear before the Overlay Text.

Overlay Text:
This text will appear in a box overlaying your slide image. On the secondary pages, limit your text to 35 words. There is a possibility that text will be cut off if there are more than this.
