World Labyrinth Day: 'Walk as One at 1'
Saturday, May 5, 2018
Hendrix College Labyrinth, near Washington & Independence, adjacent toTrieschmann Fine Arts Building, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
This year marks the 10th World Labyrinth Day, sponsored annually
by The Labyrinth Society, an international organization that encourages participants
from around the globe to create a wave of peaceful energy across time zones as
they walk labyrinths in their communities.
The theme of World Labyrinth Day is “Walk as One at 1.”
Participants are invited to gather at the Hendrix labyrinth at 1 p.m. for a
brief presentation followed by a silent walk. The walk will be led by Twylla
Alexander, a Veriditas-certified Labyrinth Facilitator and author of the 2017
book Labyrinth Journeys: 50 States, 51
Stories.
