    Everybody Loves a Book Sale!
    The library will hold a book sale beginning Wed, Apr 17 through Sun, Apr 21.  Peruse volumes on business, agriculture, cookbooks, medicine, technology, and more. Hours are 9 am-11 pm during Wed & Thurs, 9 am-5 pm Fri, 12-5 pm on Sat, and 2-11 pm on Sun. Get paperbacks for $1 and hardbacks for $2. Cash or check only. 

    Rotunda Display:  Remembering Hendrix Faculty and Staff
    Upstairs browse an exhibit memorializing Hendrix faculty and staff who have recently passed. Contribute a memory to our online guestbook, and then head to the outer rotunda to peruse a new collection we've formed of Hendrix Authors.

    The Writing Center presents: Write-in!
    Join the Writing Center to enjoy coffee and cookies while you work on your final writing projects, April 22 and 23 from 7-11 pm at Bailey Library. Get on-the-spot assistance, work in community, take a break for refreshments, or all of the above! Contact pruneda@hendrix.edu with questions.

    Bike Revolution Movie Night
    Celebrate Earth Day by joining Bike Revolution and the Soc-Anth Club for a documentary night Apr 22, 8-10 pm in Hundley-Shell. We will be screening A Sunday in Hell, a documentary following the 1976 Paris-Roubaix bicycle race. Popcorn will be provided by the library Bring your friends and learn about this fascinating race. You can also learn how to rent a bike from the library. 

    Academic Support
    Librarians and Library Associates are bookable for research assistance during open hours. Peer Learning happens in a drop-in fashion mostly in the library - check out their spring schedule.

    New Resources
    The library recently acquired online access to Science, which you can browse or search. Also new are additions to the legal/government database HeinOnline, including Indigenous Peoples of the Americas (History, Culture & Law), Business & Legal Aspects of Sports & Entertainment (BLASE), Animal Studies (Law, Welfare & Rights), and the National Survey of State Laws.

    Writing Center
    Writing Associates are available in the Writing Center to help with any writing endeavor - book an appointment or consult their schedule!
