Hendrix College is offering Black Rocket Tech Camps for kids in Summer 2026! Every student is empowered to be creative and bring their ideas to life, from conception to creation. Black Rocket has over a decade of experience designing camps in the S.T.E.A.M. fields.
Every program is designed to make learning fun in a hands-on, collaborative environment. Classes are designed for students between ages 8 and 14 years old. Classes are half days with the 8-10yr old sessions being in the morning (9AM-12PM) and the 11-14yr old sessions being in the afternoons (1PM-4PM), with the exception of the Make Your First Video Game class.
The Make Your First Video Game classes are intended for 8-10yr olds. Make your First 2D Video Game will be in the morning (9AM-12PM) and Make Your First 3D Video Game will be in the afternoons (1PM-4PM). Both sessions are held during the same week with the option of signing up for either or both. For an extra $10 a day per student, your student can receive a boxed lunch.
