    Admitted & Deposited Students

  • Enroll

    To reserve a position in the freshman class, students must submit the Enrollment Agreement and Housing Application along with a nonrefundable $350 Enrollment Deposit by June 1. The date this form and the $350 enrollment deposit are received determines the order in which residence hall rooms are assigned.

    If you choose to place higher priority on your roommate request, please know that rooms will be assigned according to the date the second roommate deposits. Housing assignments will be announced by mid-July.

    Co-Curricular Scholarships

    Co-Curricular Scholarships award students for their talents and achievements beyond the classroom. Hendrix offers six different co-curricular scholarships.

    Deadline is February 1st. An on-campus audition is required for music, theatre arts, and dance awards and must be completed by March 16th.

    Don't Delay!

    File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1 to automatically receive Hendrix's Early Filer's Grant of $1,000. Hendrix's FAFSA code is 001099.

    Experience Hendrix
    • Now - until May Make a visit to campus! Most visits are offered most Mondays - Fridays when classes are in session along with special scholar visit days which are hosted on weekends.  
    Financial Aid
    • Now - until March 1 Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). All accepted Hendrix applicants who file the FAFSA by March 1 automatically receive a $1,000 grant that is renewable each year the FAFSA is filed by this date. The FAFSA is required in order to be considered for any need-based aid program. Hendrix’s FAFSA code is 001099.
    Scholarships
    • Due Feb. 1 Applications for Co-Curricular Scholarships; Supporting documents, as noted on the application form, must also be submitted by this date. Auditions for a music or theatre arts & dance scholarship need to be completed by March 16th.

      Arkansas Students Only
      • Due Feb. 1
      • Applications for the Arkansas Governor’s Distinguished Scholarship must be submitted to the Arkansas Department of Higher Education via its online YOUniversal Scholarship Application.
      • Oct. 1 - until July 1 Applications for Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship must be submitted to the Arkansas Department of Higher Education via its online YOUniversal Scholarship Application.
    Deposit & Enroll
    • In May Watch your mailbox and e-mail inbox for information on how to access your online Hendrix Student Portal. Throughout the summer, you will use this portal to keep up with additional deadlines and submit other required materials such as: health forms, health insurance requirements and waiver information, Orientation registration information, course pre-registration, and Fall 2020 statements of account and payment deadlines.
    • Due July 1 Submit your final transcript showing your high school graduation date and your final semester grades.
