Our Mission
Senate is a student-led organization charged with participating in the governance of the college community, giving direction and voice to student concerns, and providing a framework for a number of activities and services for students.
About Senate
We are a diverse body of students focused on improving the Hendrix community and on representing YOU. Membership includes 15 Senators, 14 Senate Committees, a 7-member Executive Committee, and an adviser.
The Senate Office (SLTC 158) is located in the Student Organizations Suite. Meetings occur every Tuesday of the academic year at 6:30 p.m. in Campbell Dining Hall, located on the second floor of the Student Life and Technology Center. Our meetings are always open!
