Hendrix College established the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies in 2001. The Center's programs are open to all with an interest in economics, business and finance. Students have the chance to learn more about what entrepreneurship is and the benefits of entrepreneurial activities in an open society.
In addition to inviting prominent speakers to campus, the Center sponsors internships for Hendrix students with entrepreneurs. It also plans other educational activities, such as public seminars, workshops and retreats focused on business and business leadership in relation to the liberal arts.
We hope that students in all disciplines will appreciate what entrepreneurs contribute to our national life.
