Campus Kitty is Hendrix College's philanthropic student organization that raises money throughout the year to support charities in Faulkner County, Arkansas. Last year, the Hendrix community raised over $50,000 to support small, local charities.
At the beginning of March, Campus Kitty will present Cirque du Kitty, which is a week of fundraising events that culminates a year of fundraising. The highlights include a concert by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis sponsored by KHDX; the Game of Life, an event to raise awareness of our charities’ purposes; a bike-a-thon; a carnival-themed day in the cafeteria; a silent auction; the Red Light Revue, a musical variety show highlighting student and faculty talent; and Miss Hendrix, a drag show competition.
