Students are not allowed to carry personal cell phones outside of their rooms. If you need to contact a student at AGS during the session, it is best to contact either the AGS Office or the student’s residence hall.
The AGS Office can locate the student and have him/her return your call as soon as possible. You may contact the AGS Office at (501) 450-3846 during the following times.
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to noon
Sunday: Closed
(after-hours calls are recorded on voicemail and will be returned during office hours)
If you need to contact a student and the AGS Office is closed, please contact the student’s residence hall. Please see the list of lobby phone numbers.

Emergency Phone
For emergencies, you should first try to contact the AGS Office or the student’s residence hall. If you are unable to reach AGS staff and it is an emergency, please call Hendrix Public Safety at (501) 450-7711 (This number patches the caller into the campus public safety radio network, and is strictly for “life or death” emergencies). Please note that Hendrix Public Safety Officers can neither take after-hour messages for the AGS Office nor pass on messages to AGS students, faculty, or staff.
