This completed application must be submitted to and approved by the TVH Architectural Review Committee before any exterior changes or improvements to your home/landscaping can begin. Upon approval by the ARC, the request will then be submitted to the TVH Assembly at its next meeting for final approval.

Description of Change/Improvement (Detail plans, structural design, materials, colors, textures and shapes of all improvements shall be described. In the event is a request for landscaping, a sketch/drawing/plans showing changes shall be submitted with species of plant material shown)

I understand that the ARC will act on this request within 30 days of receipt and will contact me regarding its decision. I agree not to begin property improvements without approval (either written or electronic) from the ARC. I understand that all construction will meet or exceed City codes and that ARC approval does not supersede City codes but rather are intended to work with them.
