When should I declare a major?

All students must declare a major by March 1st of their sophomore year. A student cannot declare an Interdisciplinary Studies Major (file paperwork with the Registrar’s Office) until the Associate Provost has approved the plan.  If your plans and paperwork are not complete by March 1st of your sophomore year, please declare a major in the department most aligned with your interests.
