Venues and Rental Rates

Hendrix College offers a wide-range of venues and experienced event coordinators to meet your event needs. Our goal is to not only provide stellar facilities for your event but to provide personal assistance in planning and hosting your event.

We invite you to contact us with your ideas. We will help you find the perfect venue on campus and work with you to make your event successful.

For ease, we’ve included our most popular venues below with standard rental rates. We also work with large groups for conferences and retreats. Larger groups should contact us to discuss a customized quote.

Standard Rental Policies

Rental rates are per day and include up to an eight (8) hour event rental period including setup and teardown time.
Hourly rates are available for events lasting less than four (4) hours, otherwise a full day rental is required.
Additional event time beyond agreed upon rental period will be billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour.
Fees for additional services such as AV, dining/catering, housekeeping, etc. may still apply.
A deposit may be required for some reservations.

Multi-Purpose Venues

Perfect for a variety of event needs such as receptions, performances, conferences, and large meetings.

Worsham Hall | 280/140 capacity | $800 (full)/$400 (half)

Large multi-purpose hall with professional stage, sound system, projectors/screens. Room may be split.

Campbell Room | 50/25 capacity | $300 (full) /$150 (half)

Medium-sized room with sound system and projectors/screens. Room may be split.

Trieschmann Gallery | 100 capacity | $200

Elegant room with wood floors and large windows. Perfect for cocktail receptions paired with a performance in adjoining Reves Recital Hall.

Mills Library | 50 capacity | $100

Unique venue to host a reception or meeting. It can be paired with nearby lecture halls for events featuring speakers or film screenings and a social reception to follow.

Beautiful, ornate chapel equipped with a piano and organ.

Reves Recital Hall | 150 capacity | $300

Stadium seating, stage, and piano available. *Pair with a reception in Trieschmann Gallery

Staples Auditorium | 800 capacity | $1,000

Large auditorium with stadium seating, stage, piano, and organ. Fully equipped A/V system. A/V fees will apply.

Add-ons:

Additional meeting time is $100.00 per hour
Basic A/V support (existing equipment in room) included and specialized A/V add-ons such as video conferencing, streaming, or recording are available and priced separately
Ask us about catering or providing coffee, water, or pastries at your meeting!

Wellness and Athletic Center (WAC) Event Rentals

Birthday Parties

Private birthday parties available at the WAC Climbing Wall or Indoor Pool. Cost is:

$275.00 per/hr for 1-24 guests
$295.00 per/hr for 25-34 guests
Parties with more than 34 guests should ask about custom pricing
Available only on Saturday afternoons
Includes tables and chairs
Must supply your own food, cake, drinks, decorations, etc.

Young-Wise Football Stadium and Grove Gymnasium Private Suites

Watch games from the comfort and privacy of an indoor suite!

$250.00 rental fee per suite per game
Multi-game or season rental discounts available
Fits up to 25 guests
Opens one hour prior to start of game and closes 30 minutes after the game
One (1) VIP parking space near stadium
Feel free to bring your own food and beverages or purchase nearby concessions
