Transcript Requests

There is currently no charge for an official transcript. Official transcripts will either be mailed through the US Post Office or a transcript can be picked up at the Cashier/Registrar Window by the student requesting the transcript. We are NOT able to email an official transcript.

Beginning Jan. 15, 2013, the Registrar will no longer issue your Odyssey transcript as a separate document. Instead it will be incorporated into your academic transcript and included automatically when you request an official transcript. All of your completed Odyssey credits will be listed along with the descriptive paragraphs that you have provided. If you would like to rewrite any of the descriptions that you have already submitted to the Odyssey Office, please send the complete revised version to Janina Heird ( electronically. You may make changes to your descriptions at any time by this method.

Please note a student can request and pick up their personal transcript ONLY.

Transcript requests will be processed two times a week on the following schedule:

  • Requests received prior to 4:00 p.m. Friday will be ready after 1:00 p.m. Monday.
  • Requests received prior to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday will be ready after 1:00 p.m. Thursday.

Note: A transcript request will not be processed if the student has an outstanding balance with the college.

For Students that started after Aug. 1, 2008

The official transcript request MUST be requested on-line through your CampusWeb account. To access your CampusWeb account, click on the Login link in the orange section at the top of this webpage.

  • Enter your CampusWeb username and password
  • Click on Academics
  • Click on Official Transcript Request
  • Complete the form
  • Click Submit

For Students that started before Aug. 1, 2008

Please complete and sign the form below. It is imperative that we have your signature on the transcript request. If we receive an incomplete or illegible request, we will return the request for proper documentation.

Process if you have a document that needs to be included with your official transcript:

If you are able to pick up your transcript at the cashier/registrar window, please check the boxes on the request form to “Hold Transcript for Pickup” and “Incl Document”. You MUST bring the document with you when you pick up the transcript. The transcript is not considered official until the envelope is sealed and stamped. We will not give you an official transcript in an unsealed envelope.

If you are unable to pick up your transcript at the cashier/registrar window, please check the box on the request form “Incl Document”. You MUST submit your document with the completed request form. If you indicate on your form that a document should be included however no document arrives, your request will be delayed.

The transcript request form (along with any documents to be included with the transcript) should be submitted in one of the three following ways:
