CONWAY, Ark.
(April 29, 2013) – Hendrix College will celebrate its 129th Commencement
on Saturday, May 11 at 9 a.m. in the Wellness and Athletics Center (WAC).
Hendrix Provost
and English professor Dr. Robert L. Entzminger will be the commencement
speaker.
The ceremony
will be held in the WAC event gym. Additional seating will be available in the
Recreation Gym and in the Student Life and Technology Center (SLTC), where the
ceremony will be telecast. The graduates
will process through the Recreation Gym, and the ensemble will be playing there
as well, with their music broadcast into the Event Gym.
A reception
will follow in the Nannie Worsham Performance Hall of the SLTC and (weather
permitting) on the East Patio of the SLTC.
