CONWAY, Ark. (January 10, 2013) - Hendrix will present Punch Brothers on Saturday, Jan. 26 at 8 p.m. in Worsham Student Performance Hall in the Student Life and Technology Center.

Formed in 2006 by mandolin player Chris Thile, who recruited guitarist Chris Eldridge, banjo player Noam Pikelny, and violinist Gabe Witcher to back him on a solo album, How to Grow a Woman; bassist Paul Kowert joined the band three years later. They officially became Punch Brothers in 2008, releasing Punch, their debut album. Since then, Punch Brothers has gradually evolved from a band that existed to present the ideas of one guy into a band presenting the unified idea of five guys, Thile said. The group's latest album is Who's Feeling Young Now?
