Hendrix Connects Events and Faculty to Community Arts Event

CONWAY, Ark. (September 21, 2012) - Hendrix College proudly offers events and talent for the six annual Conway ArtsFest.

Among Hendrix College's contributions to this year's community festival are:

  • Quartetto Gelato at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23 in Staples Auditorium. Master class at 4:10 p.m. Monday in Reves Recital Hall.
  • "Words and Music," featuring Hendrix creative writing professor Dr. Tyrone Jaeger from 7 - 11 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27 on the rooftop patio of Michelangelo's Restaurant.

"I'm very excited about this year's ArtsFest,' said Jim Wiltgen, vice president for student affairs and dean of students and chairman of this year's ArtsFest. "We celebrate the wide branch of arts opportunities you will find in our community."
