Education Professor’s Odyssey Project Profiled in Diversity Magazine

James JenningsDr. James JenningsCONWAY, Ark. (Sept. 1, 2011) – Hendrix College education professor Dr. James Jennings was recently featured in Diverse, a bimonthly magazine that focuses on diversity issues in higher education.

The article describes “Above the Line” project, an outreach project Jennings developed with Hendrix students to assist elementary students in the Delta.

Jennings is the Cynthia Cook Sandefur Odyssey Professor of Education and History and serves as chair of the education department.
