Odyssey Medal Nomination Form

Please use this form to submit nominations for the Hendrix Odyssey Medal. If you have supplemental materials, please send them to president@hendrix.edu or by mail to Office of the President, Hendrix College, 1600 Washington Avenue, Conway, AR 72032.

CRITERIA: Odyssey Medals are presented by the Board of Trustees to one individual in each area whose life achievements exemplify the Hendrix Odyssey program and accomplishment in the following categories: Artistic Creativity, Global Awareness, Professional and Leadership Development, Service to the World, Research, and Special Projects.
