The Office of Marketing Communications at Hendrix College
seeks an outstanding communicator to join its team as a Videographer and
Multimedia Specialist. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to
tell powerful stories that advance the goals of the College using video and
other media. The videographer and multimedia specialist will fill a critical
role on a creative, award-winning marketing communications team and must be
comfortable working in collaboration with peers as well as able to take individual
initiative and work effectively without close supervision.
Qualified candidates must be technically proficient in
non-linear video editing software, such as Final Cut Pro, and be able to
operate mid-range to high-end video cameras and SLR cameras capable of
recording high-quality video.

Preference will be given to communicators with a bachelor’s
degree from a liberal arts college and one to three years of professional
experience who bring additional skills such as design, photography, writing or
editing experience to the team.
