Direct Mail Manager

General Summary:

This position reports to the Director of Admission and is the primary clerical support that will assist in the administration, evaluation, and execution of large-scale, comprehensive, integrated print and electronic communication campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Graduate of a liberal arts college or experience in a liberal arts setting preferential
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Mail Merge) and report writing software
  • Impeccable organizational and communications skills, including strong writing and editing
  • Effective inventory skills and purchasing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as set and meet deadlines
  • Identify, recommend and implement procedural changes
  • Enjoys working independently without supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to constant change
