Hendrix College, founded in 1876 and
affiliated with the United Methodist Church, is a private, residential,

General
Summary:
This position reports to the Director
of Admission and is the primary clerical support that will assist in the
administration, evaluation, and execution of large-scale, comprehensive,
integrated print and electronic communication campaigns.
Required
Qualifications and Background:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Graduate of a liberal arts college or experience in a liberal arts setting
preferential
- Minimum of 2 years
of relevant experience
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, and Mail Merge) and report writing software
- Impeccable organizational and
communications skills, including strong writing and editing
- Effective inventory skills and purchasing
experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
as well as set and meet deadlines
- Identify, recommend and implement
procedural changes
- Enjoys working independently without
supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to constant change
