Hendrix College seeks to fill a tenure-track position in Spanish at the level of Assistant Professor (Ph.D. in hand) or Instructor (ABD) beginning in the2013-2014 academic year. Area of specialization: Peninsular literature, any period. Teaching load is 3 courses per semester. Responsibilities include Spanish language,literature, and culture. Willingness to participate in the common freshman course is also an expectation. Willingness to participate in other interdisciplinary programs, and interest in using instructional technology where appropriate, will be particularly welcome.
